Our Children's Portrait Services

From the sweet moments with sleeping newborns to the emotional outbursts of toddlers, we love photographing children! We offer many exciting styles, packages and programs to preserve moments in your child's life.

During each child's portrait session we work with the child's needs and wants. Whether it be a game of peek-a-boo behind the camera or acting silly, we will interact with your child and capture real smiles and gorgeous giggles. We encourage our "little stars" to play, explore and ham-it-up! Throughout the session we look for opportunities to document the things we know are only going to look the way they do for a little while — their hands, feet, funny expressions and gestures — so such things will be artfully preserved forever.

When you commission us to photograph your child we take time to meet with you and plan your child's session. We'll go over styles and options we offer. We'll discuss your ideas and ours, plus how you plan to display your finished prints. We'll photograph your child and post-process the images according to what we've learned in the planning session. Once your proofs are finished we will meet with you for a memorable Preview Reception to proof your images. During the Preview Reception we will review print sizes and options to help you complete your order.

Investment

In addition to individual sessions, Solorzano Photography offers special programs that cover a year of your child's life. Both the "Watch Me Grow" and "A Year in the Life of..." programs start at $1,000.00.

For Individual children's portrait sessions: Solorzano Photography is commissioned at a rate of $150.00 for the first hour of coverage and $100.00 each additional hour.
